Process and systems are not something most people usually enjoy when it comes to business, so when I started out in a video production company the thing I found I enjoyed the most was trying to figure out how to more effectively and efficiently deliver work and look after clients.

Having also helped my fire brigade, business network and even my online gaming community with systems and processes (trying to manage hundreds of people with no structure is not a recipe for success), helping other businesses was a natural thing to do.

After creating The Systems Business, I've been lucky to have worked with more brilliant business owners who are passionate about what they do and how they can help their clients with the products and services that they offer.

Now my clients have been able to work with me to refine how they operate their businesses, get software setup specifically for them and receive training and support to feel confident in the future.
