The Systems Business

The Process

How we build a sales system your team can run without you.

Right now, your sales process runs on manual habits, whatever software the team's cobbled together, and a lot of knowledge that only lives in someone's head. That's fine until someone's away, or leaves, and the follow-ups that depended on them stop happening. Here's the five-step process, across three phases, that turns how you sell today into a system the whole team runs - not just the person who remembers it best.

Three phases. One system.

The five steps group into three phases: how you sell today, the system built around it, then that system running in the hands of your team. What you're left with is a sales operation you can see, measure, and manage.

Design

Discover

We map how the business actually sells today.

Develop

Content & Configure

We build the assets and configure the system that runs the process.

Deploy

Train & Go Live

We train the team and switch it on, then refine as deals flow through.

The five steps

01

Discover

Design

A few working sessions with you and the people who actually sell. We map how the business sells today - who your customers are, how deals move, where leads leak out, what's done by hand, and what tools are already in play.

Working together - the design ends up fitting how your business actually sells, not a template. You get a system built for your reality, and you spot things that weren't working long before we build anything.

02

Content

Develop

We build the assets the system runs on - the emails, forms, quote and agreement templates, sequences, and lead magnets that do the work at each stage of the process.

Working together - I write and build everything the system needs, so you're not stuck drafting email sequences or building templates yourself. You just review and approve before we implement it.

03

Configure

Develop

The CRM gets built around the process we designed - pipelines and stages, lead routing, the automations that move work forward, and the integrations that connect it to the rest of your tools.

Working together - the build happens without disrupting how the team currently sells. You keep working normally while the new system comes together underneath.

04

Train

Deploy

The team gets trained on exactly how to use the system - not a generic manual, but how it works for their role, day to day. The goal is a team that reaches for the system because it makes their job easier.

Working together - your team knows how to use the system for their job, not just what the buttons do. New hires get the same onboarding when they join, so the process holds even as the team changes.

05

Go Live

Deploy

The system goes into daily use. We watch how it's running with real deals flowing through it, clear the friction, and refine as we learn what the day-to-day actually demands.

Working together - I'm still here once the system's live. As the business changes, I help to optimise it - new processes, new automations, new integrations, whenever they're needed.

What you're left with is the system.

A sales operation you can see, measure, and manage - and a process the team follows because the system makes it easier than not following it.

If your business is in the $3M-$20M range and the sales system is the bottleneck - let's talk.
